Here are some of my favourite shows on the telly at the moment (and in no particular order of favouritism).

ROVE NEWS

UPDATED 2ND APRIL 2007.

A new season of ROVE (they've dropped the LIVE part of the name but it still has a live element to it) starts on Friday 6th April (Good Friday) on TV3. The show now airs in Australia on Sunday nights.

UPDATE: SUNDAY 2ND JULY 2006.

Whakatane is still getting a mention on ROVE LIVE but not quite getting it pronounced correctly - he actually had it right for a while until a recent e-mail he recieved from a viewer.  Now the little Aussie is all confused (no surprise there - hee hee).  We'll have to sort this out for him.  For those in the Bay Of Plenty listen to Mark Eagle's Afternoon show (2pm - 7pm) on Bayrock 97-7FM & 99-3FM.

UPDATE: SUNDAY 12TH FEBRUARY 2006.

"Rove Live" returns 9:30pm Friday 17th February 2006 to TV3.

(Well Rove RECORDED actually - as it is seen here in New Zealand 3 days after it's gone LIVE in Australia).  It's a quirky little Australian weekly late night talk show with host Rove McManus.  And by the way - WHAKA!

(Regular viewers of ROVE LIVE through either TV3 here in New Zealand or on Network TEN in Australia as well as listeners to either Radio 1XX (One Double X) or Bayrock 97-7FM & 99-3FM in Whakatane and the Eastern & Central Bay Of Plenty will get the meaning behind that).
